The concept of a Wine Flight isn't new to many of you.

Sure. You spot a heavily seasoned rotissere chicken doing a slow, delicious tumble in the deli oven at the local grocer and near starvation prompts you to make elaborate claims.

Back in the day, men chose their wives for entirely romantic reasons, like land acquisition or lots of cash.

Roller skates.

They've been witness to heartbreak, alright.

Portland is a city. A small one, to be sure, but with the same urban appeal (or better) than it's oversized cousins to the south and west.

If how you start your day is any indication of how the rest of it will go, it makes sense to begin with a good stretch, a scenic view and maybe some positive self-talk.

It's not like we need another excuse to plunge into the cold Atlantic. The heavy heat is already a motivator.
