Chris Jackson, who most recently lobbied for the Maine Oil Dealers Association, has now become a senior governmental affairs specialist for the Maine State Chamber of Commerce.
Jackson, of Bowdoinham, served as campaign manager in 2006 for Republican gubernatorial candidate Chandler Woodcock.
Just before they get sworn-in for the new legislative session, legislators are throwing fundraisers to try to get a little more money from lobbyists before next week's deadline.
