Daily Kos poll on Q1: Still dead heatDespite other polls that have suggested a big lead for same-sex marriage supporters, Daily Kos released a poll Thursday that showed it’s a dead heat. The question asks voters if they want to reject the new state law that allows same-sex couples to marry in Maine. In this poll of 600 likely voters, 48 percent said NO and 47 percent said YES. It’s obviously within the 4 percent margin of error, so it looks like we might not even know on election night who won. That should give both sides even more incentive to ramp up their get out the vote efforts this weekend.
